Firms are required to set minimum criteria for day trading accounts. Clients who specify their Liquid Net Worth as less than USD 5,000 qualify for non-day trading accounts. Note that If non-day trading accounts make two day trades within a five day period, the account will be restricted to allow only closing orders on existing positions for 30 days. Clients can make a one-time request to remove this restriction if they did not intend to pursue a day trading strategy when making the second trade.

Financexway offers joint accounts with only two owners. If you wish to open an account with multiple owners in excess of two, you would need to first form a legal entity such as a partnership, corporation, limited liability company or unincorporated business and then submit an application on behalf of that entity.
